Suitable accommodation for stopover. Planned to see Kuantan major attractions and it was incredible base for visiting all of them. Room was fantastic value for money.

Spacious and clean. Ample parking area.
Bedroom slippers not provided, with uncarpeted flooring it may be uncomfortable. Not enough lighting at the stairways.

Room is spacious.
Our first room was smelly and change to another room. Our 2nd room's toilet was clogged. Staff has rectified it in 30 minutes. Hot shower was not working. They claim that the system utilize solar power so when cloudy or rainy, no hot shower (!!@*&^%). There was a "warm" water on our 2nd day. "king" bed is actually a 2-single beds. Not all room has LCD tv as claimed. Peripheral wiring were messy, not suitable for toddler to move around safely. Paying full price in by cash for the whole stay + 50 MYR deposit during check-in is another inconvenient.
